The school evolved an evaluation system which primarily aims for diagnosis, remedial and enhanced learning. Emphasis is led on stress-free continuous and comprehensive evaluation The whole system is integrated with learning process and covers all the scholastic and co-scholastic areas suggested by Board.
Pre-Primary(Nursery, LKG & UKG ) Grades.
For the Pre-Primary level, the session has been divided into three terms of equal weight age. Evaluation is based on regular observation through learning by using a variety of checklists, observation schedules, rating scales and worksheets. Thus the Holistic Development Card is presented before parents three times in an academic calendar. Overall evaluation of a child in both scholastic and co-scholastic areas is evaluated on the basis of continuous observation on a five- star rating for the each areas of evaluation.
Primary Grade(I & II).
For primary grades academic calendar has been divided into three terms . Each term comprises of a cyclic Assessment and a Terminal test. Overall evaluation of a child in both Scholastic and Co-scholastic areas is evaluated on the basis of continuous observation on a five point rating scale. Therefore, the Holistic Development Card is presented before parents three times in a session.
Primary Grade (III & V), Middle and Secondary Grades VI-VIII & IX-X
For these grades, the academic session has divided into two terms, each term comprises two Formative Assessments and a summative Assessment. Both Scholastic and co-scholastic areas are covered for holistic development of children. In scholastic evaluation Nine- Grade Rating Scale are used. A variety of evaluation is used as Formative Assessment tools. The C.C.E. Report Book is presented four times during a session before the parents.
Senior Secondary Grades
The academic session for class XI & XII has been divided into two terms. There will be one Formative Test, three Unit tests and two Terminal Examinations in class XI. In class XII, there will be one Formative Assessment, three Unit Tests, one Terminal Examination and a pre-board Examination .The mode of Assessment will be continuous and marks statement will be presented four times in a session before parents.
